When I was twelve years old I had a ruptured appendix and heavy blood poisoning as gangrene had set in. I was in hospital for three weeks. That was when I had my first NDE. The little boy who went to hospital was not the same one who came out. I had matured far beyond my years. Many things happened in that NDE and there was no one who I could speak to but God. And I did and more. After that I felt spiritual inner joy as never before in those around the community and me in general. I also felt the repression and depression of evil around in general and very specifically in certain individuals as never before.
A spiritual door had been opened. I was awakened to the spiritual person we are all, truly. I read and listened to hundreds of books sermons and later in life after a second NDE, writings of the saints; St Theresa of Avila, St John of the cross. These are truly spiritual saints.
