Blessings and good Easter to you and all of those you hold dear.

Really! This is one of those times when family and close friends come together to share a meal and hopefully reflect upon the true events of the day we call Easter. Easter egg hunts and other activities around Easter also suggest that spring is really here and the winter has gone onto another place. We, being free of it now, can be more our true selves not defensive about the weather and its effects.

More then that it is a time of true renewal both in nature and in our spirit. As this is a time of true respect, Christ and all of his activities in our material dimension, as we read once more of his acts and more then that, he left us with special general knowledge of the who, what and truth of who we truly are.

Zoroaster was shown the Angels coming from the sky to do battle with evil. From the group a man-child was shown to him as the Son of God who was to bring the heavenly dimension to earth after they removed evil. For the next 1200 years the Persian Empire fought evil in the name of God to clear the way for the Christ and the angels to apply the Kingdom of God to all of the defeated areas. They worship Father God. The father of the Christ. When the Zoroastrian priests, called in the bible the Magi, discerned his birth they and their eaunterage, some possible 330 or more strong, came to him with gifts of money, Gold, Gems and spices and herbs valued in our day at several millions of dollars.

The Magi told them of the plan of the King of the Jews to kill the baby child for he as all others were waiting on his birth. He would be king and remove all evil from all areas. Peace would come and a heaven like living will follow forever.

The Magi were worldwide heroes for discovering the Christ child. When they returned to Persia they were hero’s of the highest possible honours, for they had found and seen the Son of God which had been prophesised by the prophet Zoroastria 1400 years before. They were buried in massive rich tombs in Persia. They stayed there until the roman emperor had them moved to Rome and then to Constantinople where they stayed for several hundred years in places of high honour. During the crusades the temple there was sacked and defiled. The Magi were hauled off to the cathedral at Cologne Germany. The burial cloth of Christ’s was in the Cathedral at Constantinople, hidden in a vessel in a wall. The Italian knights of Turin tortured the Christian priest to reveal its secret place. Finely they offered a quick death if he told them, which he did. The cloth of Turin is a title of shame of Christian looting and plundering Christians. All of the events of the time brought shame on all who took part and undermined the roots and the very basis for Christianity of the day and introduced the time called “The dark ages.” The cloth is now in the Vatican.

Mary and Joseph were never poor but now they were indeed capitalised. So, when they had to flee the Jews and go to Egypt, they did so with the large groups, who stayed with them, of very powerful men who were there to protect the Son of God born into this world. They and the group of followers lived mainly in Alexandria. The places they stayed are still there to this day and you can go there and walk where they walked.

As the fulfilment of the prophesied God come to earth, his following was secure. At a time with no mass communication, simple word of mouth, as he was the expected savoir and the fulfilment so long waited for, brought him vast crowds and total acceptance where ever he went.

The Jews whom had invited the Romans to come and rule over them now wanted to stop their payments to Rome and expected Christ to form a revolution to get them on their way in a battle. They dogged his heels to see the revolutionary in him. No matter what they tried it all failed. Finely when they trapped him into agreeing the taxes should be paid to Rome, they knew this was not the revolutionary they were waiting for, but they feared him otherwise. When he said slaves serve your masters well. That finished any doubt the Jews had of him. He had to die.

His message of love, acceptance and free charity of heaven on earth was totally lost on the Jews. The message of Christ was not comprehended in the hate and greed of the Jews.

Judas was everywhere. Every generation has millions of Judas’s. They are here now. Corruption and illegal death cannot live without the little and not so little Judases, being there in the background. They are there with you now. Where ever you are there is one little quiet guy or girl sitting in the back, keeping quiet, shoving knifes into you until finally you fall from the blows and you did not even know they were there. And then they move on. As in the case with Christ’s Judas; he was hung, cut into for quarters. These then were ploughed into separate fields so that no record of his having been a man would ever be found of the vile wretch as he.

As Christ’s ministry moved into the capitol of Israel his ruling class enemies plan to kill him then and there. They were afraid that outright murder might bring the masses against them. It would be better to have the Romans, if they could get them, to kill him. Around midnight they came with their little Judas and took him to the temple, where they shouted at him and held a mock trial. By six in the morning the Roman governor Pilot was up for the day the Jews make their move to him. They said what they wanted and why.

Christ was praying for his father to intervene so that he could be completed in his mission. For this to happen God needed for persons of true authority to have their hearts open to hear the words of God and act upon them releasing his Son to continue his mission.

The Jews hearts were black and turned from God. Pilot on the other hand had taken Christ inside a room and talked with him for thirty minutes. During the talk God had found this was a fair man, who was listening to the father and the Son, also with an open heart. Taking Christ to where the Jews were, Pilot said he could find no fault with Christ. God had turned pilots heart and saved his son with the only man who could do all that was needed. God the father saved the Christ!

When pilot announced his conclusions to the Jews they were angry and promised pilot public unrest. By now the Jews had gathered a crowd, which they controlled, and caused the release of a criminal over the Christ thereby securing the death of the Christ. Pilot washes his hands of the whole affair declaring to all that his hands are free of the blood of Christ and that it rests with Jews who caused the death of the Christ.

At eight in the morning he is beaten, whip slashed, face smashed, body broken. Inhumanely slammed and humiliated.

By nine AM he is crucified up on the cross. The Christ’s body is fighting to maintain balance. His face is swollen now. He can barely see. His nose is broken swelling on the inside blocking air flow. His cheekbone is cracked. The pain from multiple broken ribs on his left side place severe pain upon him as do the other damages to his body. He has had little food for the past eighteen hours yet his stomach releases fluid as he empties his stomach. His body is fighting to survive. It is shutting down unneeded functions. The longs are filling with water from the body effectively drowning him and depriving him of the need air. His side on the right is opened with a sharp spear to drain the water in part out. This was done to prolong the agony. The bladder empties involuntarily as its sphincter muscles let go releasing fluid down his legs. Now the sphincter at his anis release and what ever was in his intestinal track roll from his body inside his legs. The body is not dieing so much as trying to survive by reducing the energy functions and limiting energy consumption. Finally it’s the heart and the brain doing limited function to keep each other minimally alive.

At high noon he is dead to this world. A murder victim. By three in the afternoon the Son of God in his material form is no more and he is placed in the tomb.

On the third day he rose in victory over Death and Evil.
He is our joy and victory
He is our beloved
He is our example.
He is our power over Evil of all forms forever.
Blessed be the father the Son and the Holy Ghost.
