Christian Family.org is currently seeking ladies and gentleman who are interested in adding a new dimension to their life.

If you are feeling the need for a new reason to get up in the morning or a reason to look forward to coming home from work then being a Chat room moderator may be just the activity you have been looking for.

We at Christian family.org feel that you can provide a valuable public service to others while having a good time with fellow Christians from the comfort of your own home.

As a hostess or host you will help guide and direct the activity for the chat room for two hours or so and then another host will come in to help for the next two hours all through the day hosts are rotating hosting times.

Be a Hostess or Host! Are you a natural conversationalist? One of those persons that others turn to for help and you enjoy being a service to others. You may be the person we are looking for.

Being a hostess or host in Christian Family is a lot like hosting a great conversation with all of your best friends in the room and you are the moderator in charge. You help to facilitate rich, lively, and friendly conversations, welcome newcomers, and help them find their way around, and host your own special events.

You may be interested in live chat or the message boards or a little of both, being a hostess or host means that you are a community leader. People such as yourselves help to form the backbone of our community.

Descriptions of Positions Available:

Topical chat hosts [on general subjects] lead scheduled chats that last 1-2 hours. Our topic chat hosts have strong interest in particular subjects. Your position is to support, guide, and encourage conversation with warmth, in a friendly accepting environment. The event schedule is now open for scheduling of topics. When accepted your name and your weekly event will be published on this list!

Chat hostess and hosts provide a guiding, warm presence while online. Meet new people and help them get started and comfortable in the environment. Also you monitor the action of others during your chat and will look for inappropriate communication that may surface in the room. The primary function is the encouragement of lively and friendly conversation. *Chat hostesses and hosts are in charge of the content of visitors comments however you will not be asked to do anything but to remind anyone getting not living up to the rules that they risk being blocked. You do need to make good judgment on when to step in and when to allow the community to regulate itself.

Working with the Message Board

Hostesses and hosts can create and maintain their own topics on the bulletin boards within our communities. You may initiate discussions on timely events, global news, holidays,and seasonal happenings. Moreover, you can initiate dialog on subjects relating to Everyday life, Social Issues, and Solutions. Look at how the bulletin board is divided. Find your comfort zone and think of what would be your topic and get into life!
